Company Breif Introduction
ITK-Internationales Transport Kontor was founded in 1925 with the purpose of establishing a personalized and professional international freight forwarding , customs brokerage service , warehousing and trucking company.

With this same philosophy and expansion of business over 90 years, we have developed a reputation as one of German leading independent freight forwarding and logistics partner in the area Karlsruhe.

The progressive nature and continued growth of our business is supported by a wide scope of services, equal to any multi-national forwarder operating in Germany.

Up to now we are still a private owned company, which enables us to make decisions quickly, giving us the flexibility to react to changing markets immediately.

The Managing Directors remain active in our business with continued support of customers.

Our supply partnerships and nationwide coverage appeal to a broad range on industry types. Emphasis we place on the experience and quality of our staff reflects in the consistently high level of service we offer all our customers and overseas partners.

In addition to freight forwarding and customs brokerage, ITK operate as inhouse logistic provider and offer outsourcing products for several industrial enterprises.

ITK are IATA certified since 1977 , LBA / RAC accredited by Civil Aviation Authority (Germany's airfreight security program) AEO certified & our warehouse is fully customs bonded. We also hold IFS food safety accreditation at our warehouse facility.

Many of these services are offered from our 6000 square metre facility in area Karlsruhe near Frankfurt / Mannheim
